2009/09/29 17:48:11 15.55S 172.07W 18 8.0 Samoa Islands Region

Both of the following earthquakes were fairly destructive.  The Samoa earthquake created a destructive tsunami (tidal wave).  It appears that the Etdprog.exe computer program might have detected the approach of one or both of them.

2009/04/06 01:32:39 42.33N 13.33E 9 6.3 Central Italy

The sharp peak at 65 W is believed to be associated with volcanic activity that occurred at around 155 W.  And that activity caused peaks at all other longitudes to be too small to be easily observed. This earthquake is discussed in more detail on the Archives - Interpret Web page.

2008/05/12 06:28:02 30.98N 103.32E 19 7.9 Eastern Sichuan, China

The following China earthquake was tremendously destructive.  It claimed tens of thousands of lives.  Because of the way the Etdprog.exe computer program does its calculations the peak at 167 W on the 45 day Time Window line might have been pointing to the approach of the earthquake.

2007/10/31 03:04:55 37.43N 121.77W 9 5.6 San Francisco Area, California

Other data not shown here indicate that the Etdprog.exe computer program probably detected the approach of the following California earthquake.  And there is a small chart peak at 122 W longitude.  However, there is also some type of interference around 116 W, possibly related to future seismic activity in the Baja California, Mexico area.

2005/10/08 03:50:41 34.53N 73.58E 26 7.6 Pakistan

The following highly destructive Pakistan earthquake claimed some 90,000 lives.  Because of the way that the Etdprog.exe computer program does its calculations, the chart peaks at 166 E might have been pointing to the approach of the earthquake. This earthquake is discussed in more detail on the Archives - Interpret Web page.

2005/10/08 03:50:41 34.53N 73.58E 26 7.6 Pakistan

2005/03/28 16:09:36 2.06N 97.01E 30 8.7 Northern Sumatra, Indonesia

The following destructive Indonesia area earthquake claimed about 1000 lives.  Because of the way that the Etdprog.exe computer programs does its calculations, it is possible that the strong peak at 178 W was associated with the approach of the earthquake.

2005/03/28 16:09:36 2.06N 97.01E 30 8.7 Northern Sumatra, Indonesia

2004/12/26 00:58:53 3.30N 95.87E 30 9.0 Indonesia

Because of the way the Etdprog.exe computer program does its calculations, in addition to the chart peaks at 96 E, the peaks at 174 W on quite a few of the Time Window lines might have also been pointing to the approach of the following extremely powerful Indonesia area earthquake.  The earthquake and following tsunami (tidal wave) claimed hundreds of thousands of lives.

2004/12/26 00:58:53 3.30N 95.87E 30 9.0 Indonesia

2003/12/26 01:56:52 29.00N 58.33E 10 6.6 Bam, Iran
2003/12/22 19:15:56 35.71N 121.10W 8 6.5 Central California

The following Bam, Iran earthquake was highly destructive.  It heavily damaged the city and claimed tens of thousands of lives.  The California earthquake was moderately destructive.  And it claimed several lives.  Both earthquakes are discussed in more detail on the Archives - Interpret Web page.

2003/12/26 01:56:52 29.00N 58.33E 10 6.6 Bam, Iran
